ERIK
Erik has worked in the construction industry for several years. After realizing there are several shortcomings in the industry, he set out to do a better job and handle each construction job with integrity. Whether siding a house, replacing a roof, or adding solar, Erik ensures homeowners are informed to make the best decision for their home. You will find him on the job site making sure everything is running smoothly.
Having gone to school for business management and a degree in automotive science, he has always enjoyed building anything with his hands and being proud of his hard work. He relaxes by kayaking and rock climbing with his wife Beth of 8 years in his spare time. He is a bit of a foodie but loves slow-smoked meats, but you will need to (meat) him to learn his favorite place to go.

Max spent 4 years of undergraduate school out in Gunnison, CO. After completing his Bachelors degree he was accepted into the Masters of Education program at the University of St.Thomas. He completed his Masters degree in Special Education and spent 6 years, mostly in Saint Paul Public Schools, teaching. He made the switch to project managing in the construction coming up on 3 years. He is married to his beautiful wife Emily and loves sports, especially the Green Bay Packers.

Jake has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, from journeyman millwright to business coach. If he hasn’t done it, he knows someone that can. Jake enjoys traveling with his family and living life to the fullest. He enjoys the great outdoors and anything with a motor. His calling in life is truly helping to improve the lives of everyone around him.

Oscar has been roofing for more than 11 years, and his crew has over 100 years of combined experience in shingling to Minnesota codes. His favorite food is anything on the breakfast menu, and he loves candy. In his free time, he enjoys paintball and cooking with his wife.

As a creative director, Martin invests his soul and imagination into every product that he works on. Trained in the exclusive City Design School, he has several years of experience in the field and dozens of highly successful projects and campaigns. Martin has been named Most Promising Designer in his field of expertise for six years in a row.

Aaron has a background in Service and Sales. A former Executive Chef, and Sales Representative for a large Distribution company, he is big on customer experience and customer service. He cares about each customer like their home was his own. He is an excellent client advocate, and always has the homeowners best interest in mind. He is an excellent networker, and has many connections in different trades.
He loves church, sports, and traveling with his family when he can. He is a husband and father of 2 boys. His goal is to simply listen to what each client wants and needs are, and then tailor a solution to give them the final result they are looking for.

From fitness to tech and virtual reality, Andy has been helping individuals and companies improve their lives with solutions becoming easier, better, faster and/or cheaper. He played college baseball at Iowa Central Community College (placing 4th in the nation), before transferring his talents to Bethany Lutheran College, finishing out his Bachelors in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship. He enjoys rollerblading, working out, time with his two cats, and self-sabotage by staying a loyal Minnesota sports fan.
Andy works in this industry because his relatives have had nightmarish home/insurance situations and wants to prevent anybody else from experiencing these pains. He strives to have a positive impact on others every day, in any way.

He studied economics and finance at the University of Utah and later returned for a Master’s Degree from the David Eccles School of Business. He believes treating customers and clients well has always been paramount. Customer experience is really a human experience. He and his family recently moved to East Texas and he loves spending time with his wife and kids doing just about anything outdoors. His philosophy on life is “pure truth equals right action.”
