Solaris CRM

Solaris CRM is an application developed and operated by Solaris Companies, LLC. It is the internal operations platform used by Solaris team members to manage customer files, project records, photos, documents, tasks, scheduling and team follow-up.

What Solaris CRM does

Authorized users can create and manage customer and job files, assign follow-up tasks, store project documents and photos, track work through the Solaris workflow and coordinate field and office activity.

Google Calendar task synchronization

Solaris CRM includes an optional Google Calendar integration. An authorized user may choose Connect Google Calendar so dated Solaris CRM tasks assigned to that user can be synchronized with the user’s primary Google Calendar.

Solaris CRM requests the Google Calendar https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events permission only so it can create, update and remove calendar events associated with Solaris CRM tasks. Solaris CRM does not import or display unrelated Google Calendar events and does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, profiling or generalized AI training.

User control

Google Calendar connection is optional and requires affirmative OAuth authorization. Users may disconnect Google Calendar from Solaris CRM at any time, which removes the stored OAuth refresh token and stops future synchronization.
