Solaris CRM Terms of Service

Effective date: September 28, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Solaris CRM, an internal business application developed and operated by Solaris Companies, LLC.

Authorized use

Solaris CRM is intended for authorized Solaris personnel and approved collaborators. Users must keep credentials secure and use the system only for legitimate business purposes.

Google Calendar integration

Solaris CRM may allow a user to connect Google Calendar so CRM tasks can be synchronized with the user’s calendar. Connection is optional and requires Google OAuth authorization. Users may disconnect or revoke access at any time.

Accounts and security

Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Solaris may suspend access when necessary to protect customer information, system security or other users.

Third-party services

Solaris CRM may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar. Those services are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
